NSW opens application for 491 Skilled Work Regional visa for a limited time
Update: 22 June 2020
NSW Business and Migration has extended the SC 491 2019/20 program until 5pm, 26 June 2020.
The eligibility criteria has also been updated to accept applications from all eligible candidates already living in regional NSW with an occupation on the NSW Regional Skilled Occupation List. This removes the previous criteria which requires minimum 12 months residence in regional NSW and to be working in the nominated occupation.
There is no minimum time-frame for how long you should have been residing in regional NSW, however you must be able to demonstrate your place of residence through evidence (example: rental agreements, utility bills, bank statements etc.).
