Enrolment and Assessment Centre FAQs

As part of the enrolment process, you will be booked into an assessment centre to assess your language level in order to place you in the most suitable class.

 

How long does the Assessment Centre and Enrolment take?

The Assessment Centre and Enrolment can take up to two and a half hours to complete.

 

What should I do when I get there?

When you arrive at the Assessment and Enrolment Centre, please report to the reception desk before the commencement of the session.

 

What happens if I am late?

If you are late you may have to wait until the next most convenient session on the schedule.

 

Is there childminding available?

Please be aware there is no childminding available onsite so you will need to make independent arrangements.

 

What documents do I need to bring?

Please bring the following documents with you:
-    Passport
-    Health Care Card
-    Citizenship/Permanent Residency/Visa subclass
-    Workforce Australia registration if relevant

 

Will I need to pay any fees?

Fees for courses are dependent upon eligibility and the course selected. These are outlined in the Fees Schedule. Any applicable fees can be paid by debit card, credit card, cash and cheque.

 

Is there parking available?

If you are driving, please be aware that parking is restricted or may be metered at many sites. Check the local bus and train station locations and timetables for information on public transport.
