Customised cultural inclusion and diversity programs

AMES Australia has developed online courses for workplace supervisors and staff members in several sectors, including Community Health, Agribusiness, Aged Care and Disability Care. Each tailored course comprises four modules, with information, examples, short videos and activities, as well as journeys of lived experience.

The courses are self-paced and take about one hour to complete. Participants can do the online learning at a time that suits them, over a few days or weeks, via a computer or smartphone.

We can work with you to co-design scenarios and activities that speak to your learners, whether that’s a particular industry, a workplace delivering a range of services, or a local community.

Workshops

Face to face and online sessions are also available. This facilitated training helps to extend participants cultural competence skills and support them in creating more culturally inclusive workplace practices.These are run on a needs basis and can be held at your workplace, online or at an alternative location.
