Adjeoda had also studied English and improved his literacy skills before commencing with AMES Australia in August 2022.

AMES Employment Mentor Dennis Nguyen said Adjeoda had previous experience as a labourer and wanted to get back into work.

A vacancy was sourced for Adjeoda at Tranzwash in Laverton which he was eager to take up. Reliable transport was barrier to Adjeoda, therefore assistance in the form of a bike was provided for Adjeoda in order to help him get to and from work.
